Beef Barley [BfBarl]
Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef, drain, then add 8 cups water, two 15 oz can tomatoes and the contents of this bag. Simmer for about 2 - 3 hours. Works especially well in the crock pot about 8-10 hrs on low setting. Makes 3 quarts.
Ingredients: Dried lentils, barley, dried vegetables, beef powder, beef and onion bouillon powder, herbs and spices. Contains wheat and MSG.
Cheeseburger Chowder [ChsbChwd]
Directions: Brown 1 lb hamburger in a large pot, add 6 cups water and the contents of this bag. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add 8 oz diced Velveeta and stir until melted. Makes 6-8 servings.
Ingredients: Creamer, flour, dried potato dices, cheese powder, soup greens, chicken bouillon, onion, garlic powder, ham base, herbs and spices. Contains wheat, soy and MSG.
Chicken Pot Pie [ChkPotPi]
Directions: Place all ingredients together with 1 can vegetables, undrained, 4 cups water, and 2 cups cooked diced chicken into large 5 qt pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Makes 2 quarts.
Ingredients: Creamer, flour, dry milk, chicken bouillon, onion, soup greens, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Contains wheat, dairy and MSG.
Chicken & Wild Rice [ChkWldRc]
Directions: Place contents of this bag in a large saucepan. Add 8 cups water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and add 1 diced chicken breast and 1 small can of drained mushrooms if desired. simmer for 30-40 minutes or until rice is done. Makes 2 quarts.
Ingredients: White rice, wild rice, powdered non dairy coffee creamer, chicken broth powder, dried onion, dried leeks. Contains wheat, dairy, soy and MSG.
Country Noodle [CtrNood]
Directions: Add contents of bag to 8 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add 3 cups cooked, diced turkey or chicken. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 quarts.
Ingredients: Noodles, carrots, celery, tomato, red and green peppers, spinach chicken broth powder, onion, black pepper, garlic powder, herbs and spices. Contains wheat, soy and MSG.
Lasagna Soup [Lasgn]
Directions: Add contents of bag to 6 cups water, add two 15oz cans diced tomatoes, and a 6 oz can tomato paste. May add 1 lb browned ground beef or 2 cups cooked, diced chicken if desired. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 quarts.
Ingredients: Mafalda pasta, brown sugar, onion, green pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic salt, black pepper, herbs and spices. Contains wheat and MSG.
Old Fashioned Potato [OlFshPot]
Directions: Place contents of bag in large saucepan. Add 8 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are soft. May add 1 cup diced ham and/or shredded cheese 5 minutes before serving if desired.
Ingredients: Dehydrated potato slices, non dairy creamer, potato flakes, dried milk, dried onion, chick broth powder, garlic powder, ham base, salt, black pepper. Contains wheat, soy, dairy and MSG.
Stuffed Pepper [StfPep]
Directions: Brown 1 lb hamburger and drain. Add a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes, a 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 6 cups water. Simmer on low in a covered stockpot for 25-30 minutes. Will work well in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.
Ingredients: Rice, beef broth powder, brown sugar, dried green peppers, dried onion, celery, garlic, herbs and spices. Contains MSG.
