Terra Cotta keeper is a great way to keep things moist, or dry. When soaked in water for 20 minutes, the keeper will keep brown sugar moist for up to 3 months, will keep cakes and cookies soft, will keep raisins, coconut or other dried fruits fresh, tobacco and cigars moist and licorice fresh.
