Ham Balls [HmBll]

Directions: Remove the small sauce mix from package, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the large bag of seasonings with 1 lb ground ham, 1 lb ground pork, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup water. Mix well with hands, and then shape into walnut sized balls, placing them in a 9x13" baking pan. Mix sauce by combining the small sauce mix pack with an 8 oz. can tomato soup and 1 can water in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, then remove from heat and pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Ingredients: graham cracker crumbs, dry milk, dry mustard, herbs and spices. Contains wheat and dairy.

Jambalaya [Jambal]

Directions: Combine contents with 3 cups water, and 9 oz tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Add 1/2 cup cubed ham or sausage, and 1/2 cup shredded chicken, both precooked. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup shrimp and simmer for another 6 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Add cayenne pepper to taste for true Southern jambalaya style. Makes 8 cups.

Ingredients: Rice, onion, green pepper, beef granules, garlic powder, black pepper, herbs and spices.

Grandma's Meat Loaf [MtLoaf]

Directions: Mix contents of bag with 2 lbs ground beef, 1/2 cup water and 2 eggs. Mix well then press into a 9x13" baking dish, coated with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Top with ketchup, barbecue sauce and/or bacon strips if desired.

Ingredients: Bread crumbs, dry milk, onion, black pepper, salt, herbs and spices. Contains wheat and dairy.

Porcupine Meat Ball [PorcBll]

Directions: Remove small sauce mix pack and set aside. Blend large seasoning mix with 1.5 lbs of ground beef. Shape into walnut sized balls and place in 9" x 13" baking pan, coated with non stick cooking spray. To make Sauce: bring to a boil, 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water; pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Ingredients: RIce, Onion, Herbs & spices

Stroganoff [Strgnof]

Directions: Add contents of bag to 1 lb ground beef, which has been browned and drained. Add 3.75 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.

Ingredients: Dried potatoes, dry milk, corn starch, beef powder, onion, herbs, spices, garlic, sour cream powder. Contains dairy.
